Offender
An offender is anyone who carries out an offence "either directly or through the actions of another" (German Penal Code, Section 25), this applies to all those who, for example, commit murder by proxy through the purchase of dead body parts from a butcher, as if they were to have committed the offence directly.May 31, 2010
